Chicken Alfredo

The classic Italian recipe “Chicken Alfredo” in its purest form.

Ingredients:

  • 250g pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt & pepper

Method:

  1. Cook pasta, drain & set aside.
  2. Sauté chicken in olive oil, season, and set aside.
  3. In same pan, sauté garlic, add cream & Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add chicken & pasta. Toss to coat.
  5. Serve warm with extra Parmesan.
