
The classic Italian recipe “Chicken Alfredo” in its purest form.
Ingredients:
- 250g pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt & pepper
Method:
- Cook pasta, drain & set aside.
- Sauté chicken in olive oil, season, and set aside.
- In same pan, sauté garlic, add cream & Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
- Add chicken & pasta. Toss to coat.
- Serve warm with extra Parmesan.
