🥗 Ingredients:
- 200g feta cheese (cut into blocks)
- 6–8 sheets phyllo pastry
- 50g butter or olive oil (for brushing)
- 2–3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Fresh thyme (optional)
- Black pepper
👩🍳 Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Cut the feta into rectangular blocks.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry, brush lightly with butter or olive oil, then place another sheet on top.
- Place a piece of feta at the edge and fold into a parcel (like a small envelope or roll). Repeat for all pieces.
- Place the parcels on a baking tray and brush the tops with butter or olive oil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Warm the honey slightly and mix with sesame seeds.
- Drizzle the honey over the hot feta parcels and finish with thyme and a pinch of black pepper.
