Ingredients:
- For the Peach Base:
- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- For the Crisp Topping:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbspchopped nuts (almonds or pecans)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- For the Yogurt Bowl:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Prepare the Peach Base:
- In a bowl, mix diced peaches with honey and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Make the Crisp Topping:
- In another bowl combine oats, flour, chopped nuts, honey, melted butter, and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
- Assemble the Yogurt Bowl:
- In a serving bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract.
- Top the yogurt with the peach mixture and sprinkle the crisp topping over it.
