    • 2 ripe peaches, diced

    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • For the Crisp Topping:
    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds or pecans)
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • For the Yogurt Bowl:
    • 1 cup Greek yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Prepare the Peach Base:
  • In a bowl, mix diced peaches with honey and lemon juice. Set aside.
