Product details	Type: White Storage: ‎Serve at 12º C. Grape Variety: 93% Viura, 7% local Malvasía Vinification methods: Cold maceration at 10ºC for 24-36 hours. Gentle pressing using a static press. The must is cleaned via decantation before commencing fermentation on its lees in brand new French oak barrels. The process involves stirring 3 times a week for two and a half months to add complexity to the vivacity derived from the fruit. The wine is then clarified and bottled. Country: Spain Region: ‎Rioja Net Contents: 750ml ABV: 13.5% Tasting Notes: Fermented on its lees in French oak barrels. Straw colour with golden highlights. On the nose, notes of brioche and a hint of spice. Delicious in the mouth with refined complexity and a trace of toasted bread. A white wine of distinction.
