METHOD

  1. First of all, heat the pan over the fire with the butter.
  2. Once the butter has melted and the pan is hot, add the mussels and squid to lightly sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Next, add the garlic and spring onion, and flambé with the ouzo and wine until the alcohol has evaporated, or for around 5-10 minutes.
  4. Follow up with the shrimps and flavour with some salt and pepper to taste.
  5. The final ingredients for the sauce are the tomato sauce and cream. Add these and stir well, then let them simmer over a light heat while you cook the pasta.
  6. While the sauce simmers, cook the pasta in boiling water for the time instructed on the packaging.
  7. When it is al dente, drain the water and add the pasta to the pan with the sauce and mix well.
  8. Finally, stir in the parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
